• Receive job recommendations based on your skills and preferences.

The Service may include AI tools to recommend jobs, improve your profile/resume/CV, or generate responses for job applications. While these tools are designed to assist, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any information generated by them.

3.3. AI Limitations and Disclaimer
While Talenaut's AI tools aim to enhance your job-seeking experience, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated recommendations, responses, or feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it (e.g., submitting job applications or resumes).
• Talenaut does not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or employer responses based on AI recommendations.
• Talenaut disclaims all liability for decisions made by you or employers based on AI generated content or recommendations.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in Talenaut's Privacy Notice This includes:

• Information you provide (e.g., name, CV, job preferences).
• Data generated by your use of the Service (e.g., job applications, recommendations).

When you apply for a job through the Service or make your profile public, Talenaut shares your data with the relevant employer. Talenaut is not responsible for how employers use your data.

5.Rights and Restrictions

By uploading content (e.g., resumes/CVs, videos, cover letters, documents etc), you grant Talenaut a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service

5.2.Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
• Post or share misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the functionality of the Service.

6.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The availability of jobs or employment opportunities.

6.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talenaut is not liable for:

• Loss of data, opportunities, or earnings arising from your use of the Service.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Talenaut's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7.Termination

7.1. Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing use of the Service.

7.2.Termination by Talenaut
Talenaut may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Talenaut discontinues the Service for any reason.

Upon termination, Talenaut may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of England.
